-Troubleshooting and resolving of desktop PC problems (Hardware,  software and application) and related peripherals (Printer, scanner..etc)

-Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.

-Monitor and maintain desktop services.

-Provide support to customer’s issues via RDC email, phone or onsite

-Diagnose service requests and incidents and resolve technical issues

-Perform Software/Hardware diagnose and provide solutions to restore/repair on all PC & Network equipment
